Research & Research Funding Landscape at AIMST University

From all the grants applied this year, we have secured 11 Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS) grants which were approved by Ministry of Education Malaysia that amounts to a total of RM 1,581,400.00. The latest addition takes the total amount of grants secured in year 2018 to RM 1,807,100. The amount secured for this year (2018) is 4.5 times higher than the amount secured in the year 2017. Aside from FRGS, we now have 5 industry grants and 1 international grant, from University of Leicester.
