DIPLOMA IN ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING

AIMST diploma programme is an industry-based course with adequate theory and practical exposure in the area of electrical and electronics engineering.

Students are assessed by course work and final examination. Coursework includes laboratory reports, assignments, mini projects and mid-semester examination.

Industrial training and project work is compulsory and forms part of this course. Career opportunity includes technicians in power stations, semi-conductor fabrication industry, telecommunication systems, embedded systems and etc.

QUALIFICATION  ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS 
SPM / SPMV 3 Credits including
Mathematics and any one science subject (General Science
or Pure Science )or Technical/ Vocational. Pass in English
O Level Pass with Grade C in 3 subjects including
Mathematics and any one science subject or Technical/
Vocational. Pass in English
UEC Pass with Grade B in 3 subjects including
Mathematics and any one science subject or Technical/
Vocational. Pass in English
Certificate in Vocational/Technical/ Malaysian Skills Certificate (Level 3, MQF) Pass with CGPA ≥ 2.00 AND
1 year of working experience in related field OR minimum 1 semester of bridging programme
Certificate in Engineering/ Technology Engineering    (Level 3,MQF) Pass with minimum CGPA ≥ 2.00
Other Qualification Other equivalent qualification that is recognized by Malaysian government.
For International Candidate:
*TOEFL  minimum score of 500
*IELTS minimum score of 5.0
