The Foundation in Science program extends over one year, organized into three semesters. Each semester entails a balanced blend of continuous assessments of 50%, and final examination, 50%. Throughout, students will immerse themselves into fundamental academic subjects in English language instruction.

Assessment modalities encompass a diverse range, including class tests, end-of-semester examinations, practical assignments, comprehensive reports, problem-based learning sessions, collaborative projects, and presentations. This multifaceted approach ensures a thorough evaluation of student progress and comprehension.

COURSE ASSESSMENT
Assessment comprises two components:

Written Examination

The coursework component comprises different assessments such as assignments, presentations, midterm tests, projects and laboratory work assigned throughout each semester. The final examination is conducted at the end of each semester.

QUALIFICATION ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
SPM / SPMV / O LEVEL To pursue a degree course in Medicine, Dentistry & Pharmacy
At least grade B in five subjects including: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, (Mathematics/Additional Mathematics) and one other subject.

To pursue a degree course in Dental Technology
At least grade C in five subjects including: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, (Mathematics/Additional Mathematics) and one other subject.

To pursue a degree course in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Sciences, and Physiotherapy
Credits in 5 subjects including Mathematics and 2 science subjects

To pursue a degree course in Nursing
Require 5 subjects including in Bahasa Malaysia, Mathematics, Sciences (General Science/Biology/Chemistry/Physics) and 2 other subject.
