PHARMACY STUDENTS PROMOTE HEALTH AWARENESS IN KULIM COMMUNITY EVENT
Seven pharmacy students from AIMST University, accompanied by their co-advisor, Ms. Ng Jing, and practicing pharmacists from MPS Kedah-Perlis, dedicated their Saturday morning on 22 June 2024, to promoting health awareness and advocating for safe medication practices in Kulim, Kedah.
The event fostered a dynamic environment that brought together elderly individuals and young children alike, creating an interactive space for education. To commence the event, the pharmacy students invigorated participants with a series of stretching exercises.
This initiative not only energised the attendees but also provided invaluable opportunities for the students to engage with the community and hone their skills in delivering appropriate counseling on health and medication use.
