With over 15 years of extensive experience in the public sector, Sakthi has excelled as an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer. Her multidisciplinary expertise spans strategic planning, policy making, performance management, project execution, and youth agenda, among many other areas.
The civil servant’s journey began with AIMST University, where she gained the foundational knowledge and skills that propelled her into a successful career. Before joining the public service, Sakthi spent over two years in the private sector, working in biotechnology. She has also made significant contributions at international conferences, especially within the Asia Pacific region.
